[PROJECT DESCRIPTION]
During the professional certificate program I worked on 3 projects, where I learned how to empathized with users, define the problem, and ideate on possible solutions:
1. Create a prototype for a music venue app in Figma.
2. Responsive website in Adobe XD for a dog shelter.
3. Combine all of the learned skills to design a dedicated mobile app and a responsive website for social good.
[DESIGN GOALS]
1. The goal of this app is for users to purchase tickets easily and upfront in a secure platform, being able to purchase and save tickets without leaving the app. Also promoting a safe space in case you need to resell your tickets.
2. The goal for this flow is for users to be able to find their perfect match and apply for adoption in a safe space, following a rigorous process that will prioritize the pet’s safety.
3. The goal of this app is for users to volunteer and donate in diverse ways, and to create awareness on the younger generations.

[CONCLUSIONS]
-With minor details you can make an app accessible to a bigger audience, which helps every user at the same time.
-Usability studies are extremely helpful, because you are made aware of things that you took for granted as a designer.
